Privacy Policy

GenXus (KvK 94850062, VAT NL005116190B69), Netherlands is the data controller. Questions or requests: info@genxus.nl.

The photos you upload, the recipient's name, your message, and optional extras such as a PIN, an open date, or a music link.

Basic technical data such as IP address and device type, used for security and to count visits.

We do not receive your card details. Our payment provider handles payment and shares only whether a purchase succeeded.

Photos are kept in a private storage bucket that is not publicly listed or browsable.

A gift page is reachable only through its unguessable link, and every gift page tells search engines not to index it.

Images load through short lived signed links that expire, so an old image link stops working.

To suggest a good order for your photos and to write short captions, small copies of your photos may be sent to our AI provider to be processed and returned.

Your photos are never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. They are not sold, published, or used for advertising.

If a gift is not bought within 5 minutes of being finished, it and its photos are deleted automatically.

A gift you have paid for stays until you ask us to delete it.

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the service: hosting, database and file storage, our payment provider, and our AI provider. Each only handles what it needs to.

Some of them may process data outside the Netherlands under appropriate safeguards.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@genxus.nl and we will action it.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The service is not intended for people under 16.

We use only what is needed to make the site work. We do not run advertising cookies or trackers.
