Refund Policy

Every gift is fully viewable, free, for 5 minutes before you buy. You know exactly what you are paying for, which is why we can keep this policy simple.

€12 once per gift, to keep it online. No subscription.

If a gift you paid for does not work, for example the page will not load, photos are missing, or the link is broken, and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

Email info@genxus.nl within 14 days of purchase with your gift link. We normally reply within a few business days.

Because you preview the finished gift free before paying and the product is delivered immediately, we do not refund simply because you changed your mind.

We also do not refund gifts removed for breaking our terms.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts, which you agree to at checkout. Where statutory rights still apply, they are unaffected.
