Terms of Service

Ztori is operated by GenXus (KvK 94850062, VAT NL005116190B69), Netherlands. You can reach us at info@genxus.nl.

You upload personal photos, write a short message, and our software designs them into a private memory page. You receive a private link you can send as a gift.

When your gift is finished it goes live free for 5 minutes so you can see exactly what you are getting.

If you do not buy it within that time, the gift page and the photos you uploaded are permanently deleted. We cannot recover them afterwards, so keep your own copies of your photos.

Keeping a gift online costs €12, paid once, for that gift. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

You keep all rights to everything you upload. You confirm you have the right to use the photos and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

You give us only the permission we need to store your photos and show them on your gift page to people who have the link. Nothing more.

No unlawful content, no sexual content involving minors, no hateful or harassing content, and nothing you do not have the rights to.

We may remove a gift that breaks this, without a refund.

We work to keep paid gifts online continuously, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided as is.

You can have a gift deleted at any time by emailing info@genxus.nl. That removes the page and the stored photos.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the gift concerned.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If we change these terms, the current version always lives on this page.
